LawManager Enterprise offers a variety of system wide capabilities that make the entire system as flexible and as simple to use as possible. With these capabilities, users can easily navigate through the application to get to the information they need, as well as personalize and customize the solution to meet their own individual needs and preferences.

Intuitive Navigation

LawManager Enterprise provides an intuitive title bar and menu structure, making it simple and convenient to navigate throughout the application.

Convenient Drag and Drop

Drag and drop functionality is supported throughout LawManager Pro. E-mails, appointments and tasks can be dragged from Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes, and dropped into the LawManager Matter and Calendar Notebooks. Files from Windows Explorer can be dropped into the Matter or Document Notebooks, enabling users to quickly access relevant files.

Easy Personalization

LawManager Web provides end-user wizards and configurable displays, allowing users to customize individual screens and display views. Reports, toolbars, desktops, display views, start pages and personal bookmarks can all be modified to match individual user preferences.

Advanced Document Merge

The document merge functionality within LawManager Pro allows for extensive flexibility in defining merge files. Fields can be selected from multiple Notebooks, so that all relevant information can be merged for streamlined document preparation and assembly.

Multiple Query and Search Methods

LawManager Web provides an intuitive set of pre-configured user queries that offer single-click access to key information within the system. In addition, a unique Global search capability allows the user to search across many specific areas within the system with one search. For advanced searching, both LawManager Pro and LawManager Web offer an advanced Query-By-Example (QBE) capability that allows the user to search on any field, including tab fields with a complete set of Boolean operators.

Flexible Reporting

LawManager Enterprise's integrated Report Wizard allows users to easily and quickly produce ad-hoc reports and to save and share these reports. The Report Wizard automatically recognizes all tables and fields with friendly captions, saving programmers the time and effort of creating a universe. The Report Wizard abides by LawManager Enterprise application and record level security guidelines. Reports generated within LawManager Enterprise can be easily exported to Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for further data manipulation and analysis. LawManager Enterprise also interfaces with third party report writers including Crystal Reports and Business Objects.
